How to solve the eight common faults in the process of plate making

1. The blank part of the printing plate is blocked. The causes and treatment methods:

6. Cause and treatment of dot loss during printing:

② the original design is beyond the reproduction capacity of flexo printing. Improve the original design to make it suitable for the range of flexo printing technology
