1. The fault phenomenon is that module I is not online

2. Fault cause: the control system of the machine has multiple functional modules, and the system itself has a strong self diagnosis function. The maintenance personnel have switched the positions of the same modules, but still reported that module I was not online. Due to lack of information, maintenance is difficult. According to the inspection of professional maintenance personnel, each module is an independent single board extension, which is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer and connected with the upper computer. According to the analysis of module functions and processing technology, the control modes of each module are different. Although the internal hardware of some modules is the same, the control procedures are different, so the modules cannot be interchanged. After power on inspection, the self diagnosis function of the control system operates normally, and the alarm is that module I is not online. Therefore, module I is specially inspected. There is no abnormality in module I through visual inspection. Power on to check the CPU operation. It is normal that the damage can be reduced. The status of all integrated circuits is also normal. The memory is EEPROM, which can be rewritten at any time. EPROM should be flexible and convenient in specific operation, but its reliability is not as high as EPROM. Due to some interference, wrong rewriting may occur, so it is suspected that the memory is faulty

3. Troubleshooting: read out the contents of the memory by software to control the loading rate of the memory. If several data are found to be doubtful, disassemble and analyze them. The program will conduct self-test immediately after startup. If it fails, the upper computer will give an alarm. Let's look at the following control programs. Some of them are neither like normal programs nor like data. According to the mode analysis of the control program, some control programs have been rewritten, so they cannot pass the self-test. The control program was supplemented according to the processing technology, and verified on the C machine that P could not use in a large scale. The self inspection passed on. Since there is no need to write data in actual operation, the EPROM solidification program is rewritten. After power on inspection, module I will no longer give an alarm, and the whole machine can operate normally
