the catalogue is divided into prohibited catalogue and restricted catalogue. Those listed in the prohibited catalogue are: seriously endangering production safety; Serious environmental pollution; The quality does not meet national standards; Projects with high consumption of raw materials and energy and prohibited investment by national laws and regulations. The principle of listing in the restricted category is: the production capacity is seriously surplus, the new projects are easy to inspect, and the cracks do not improve the production structure; The technology is backward and has been replaced by advanced and mature technology; Projects that are not conducive to saving resources and protecting the ecological environment, as well as investment restrictions stipulated by laws and regulations. The parts of coatings and related industries in the catalogue are as follows:

(I) prohibited category

1 Sulphuric acid production from pyrite with an annual production capacity of less than 40000 tons (2005); 2.
